A: Both the Laminating and Buttwelding machines are
manufactured to order,
a standard lead time would be approximately 12 weeks.

A: The machines are capable of welding an extensive variety of
foam -
Basically if the foam can be welded with heat and compression it can be
tested on the machine to obtain optimum conditions. Our operations
manual details optimum conditions for a wide range of Zotefoams
products. If you have a product that you require confirmation that
our machine could weld please do not hesitate to contact us.
